To bring in Spring 21' we created a week long social campaign, Spring = Refresh. During this week we had our followers join us by taking the time to renew and refresh our mind, body, and soul.
 

Throughout the week we posted different challenges and activities which included: journaling, goal setting, and self affirmations.
Each day our special guests would go live or do takeovers. We had self love yoga, guided bedtime meditation, and a 10 min. full body HIIT workout.
